CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend any appointment or need to reschedule, please contact me a minimum of 24 hours (Monday to Friday) prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent me from helping someone else in need. Late reschedule or missed full appointments will incur a cost of 50% of your consultation fee plus GST.
